EPGL RECEIVES NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION

Enterprise Property Group Limited (“EPGL”) has been named “World’s Best” in the residential development category at the final of the International Property Awards held at London’s Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on 7 December. EPGL competed against the best property professionals in the world to win both the titles of “Best Residential Development UK” and “Best International Residential Development”, the highest accolades in the property industry, with its project in Rose Lane, Great Chesterford, designed by Snell David Architects.

The International Property Awards, sponsored by Emirates Airlines, is the world’s largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme. The 2015 Awards received more than 2,000 entries from over 110 countries. Entries are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, chaired by Lord Caithness and Lord Best, who focus on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

Hattie Bacon, Sales and Marketing Director for EPGL, and Peter Stocking, Managing Director, accepted the two awards from Stuart Shield, Chairman of the International Property Awards, and Sir Eric Pickles, MP. Afterwards, Hattie said, “We were thrilled when the Rose Lane project won the regional title for Essex earlier this year. To now have this stunning development recognised as not only the best in the UK, but the best in the world is an amazing achievement for our company and we’re all very proud.”

The Rose Lane project comprises just four large detached family homes, with superb finishes and spacious accommodation over three floors, built in the Arts and Crafts style of architecture.
