At an awards ceremony held at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in Mayfair on Friday, 9 October, Enterprise Property Group Limited (“EPGL”) received the Five-Star Gold Award for Best Residential Development Essex in the UK Property Awards 2015/16 for their new development in Rose Lane, Great Chesterford.
EPGL competed against a number of the region’s most accomplished developers for the award, which was determined by a strict set of criteria. Judging was undertaken by a panel of over 70 experts from all over the world and chaired by two active members of the House of Lords, Lord Caithness and Lord Best.
The Rose Lane scheme was also nominated for Best Residential Development United Kingdom and could go on to the final stage of the competition later this year. If it has attained the highest score in the development category, EPGL will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Canada, the USA, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Arabia and Europe for the coveted crown of World’s Best Developer.
Hattie Bacon, Sales and Marketing Director for EPGL, who accepted the award from Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, on behalf of the company said, “The Rose Lane project is a stunning collection of just four houses built in the Arts and Crafts style of architecture and we are very proud that it has received this prestigious award. It is a major achievement for our company and all involved.”
